Want an open relationship?

Ok so I’m at a lost for what to do. On one hand I love being in a relationship that last a long time and is super lovely and stuff. But at the same time there are times sometimes where I want to do things with other people but with no feelings or relationship required. It’s not that I want to break up with my bf or that I’m bored with him it’s just sometimes I wanna do things with other people while still being with him. I don’t know what to do cause I don’t want to cheat or ruin our relationship but I don’t know how to bring up having an open relationship or how that even works. I also don’t wanna seem selfish or like a hoe. I just need some advice. Anything will help.
