Normal poop? Diarrhea?

Is this normal poop for my almost 4 month old who is formula fed? He just started having this 2 days ago and has been pooping this a couple times a day and every time he farts. He usually only poop once a day or every other day.

My little one poops like this at the moment. I talked to the doctor about it and he said that that's what their poop looks like when they have very fast bowel movements (so usually they also poop more often). He said most of the time the cause is harmless and to only come in if it doesn't pass within 5-7 days, or if there are any other symptoms (like fever). 
I will go in and see our doctor on Wednesday though, as my little one is still pooping like this and it has been more than a week...

I have a formula fed baby and ne normally poops once a day or every other day. He had a little tummy bug once and had diarrhea. He pooped the way you described. It will most likely pass but it sounds like diarrhea.
