Neck rash

I feel like I come for this app for everything and I love it! Anyway, my little guy has a terrible rash under his neck. He is extra drooly because his top teeth are already coming in. Any recommendations on what cream and stuff to use? I’ve been using diaper rash cream but it hasn’t gotten better...
