6 week & milestones

Hey all! So I’m probably over paranoid over here but my 6 week old does socially smile and coo from time to time, but I wouldn’t say it’s consistent from day to day. Some days he will coo a ton, and the next dead silence.. same goes with smiles. Should I be concerned yet or just go with the flow?
