I was hoping for some feedback on what your experience was like with your first period? My baby just turned 9 months old and a about a week ago I experienced some very light spotting. I formula fed my first baby and experienced my period as normal after quitting breastfeeding. I am still breastfeeding but baby is eating lots of solids and feeding less and less. I guess I am wondering if you experienced spotting or if it’s more common for the period to come back full force? I am also experiencing some odd mood swings...I feel my temper is much shorter than usual. I just wonder if my hormones are a little out of wack?? I feel also kind of depressed. I scheduled a doctors appointment to discuss my questions for Friday but would love for anyone to share their thoughts? Thank you!
