(TMI) Cramps when pooping?

Question

I’m having pretty intense cramping (similar to AF cramps) whenever I go to the bathroom, but it passes as soon as I have a bowel movement. Is this normal or something to be concerned about? I think they may be gas pains but I don’t remember this from my first pregnancy. I’m 4 weeks pregnant today and scared of MC!

Ive actually been experiencing the same thing 🤣 I truly think its air and gas trapped that when I push to go it's a lot of pressure in there.
