Do post partum belly wrap actually work?

I’m thinking about buying one but I’m not sure if they actually work, please help 🥺

I think it helps your uterus shrink and go back to normal I don’t think it really helps with the belly of gained weight that’ll be diet and exercise. I have PP underwear that works similar to the band and I also was given one at the hospital (csection) so I wear that sometimes it’s not very comfortable though 😅

It does but you have to eat right too ! I used it before having my daughter , and after. I gained 90 lbs in my pregnancy, so it wasn’t easy at all to get rid of all that weight.

I personally dont think so.. it’s very difficult to get rid of baby belly.
