Glider question. I know all babies are different but moms that have gliders in their nurseries do you actually use them?

I didn't use a glider. I had a lazy boy style chair and we still use it!

We got our rocker from my father in law and it’s one my husband’s mother rocked him in when he was a baby. She passed a few years ago so it is so special for us to have it to get to rock our son in. I think having a rocker is great, especially for those middle of the night feeds, but I don’t know that I’d pay hundreds of dollars for one like most of them cost!

I used mine in the living room until I put my daughter in her own room! Then I moved it up there!

I don’t have a glider, but I do have an upholstered chair and ottoman in the baby’s room. With my first daughter, I sat in in 3-4 times a night while nursing, and sometimes during the day if I didn’t want to nurse in the den. Haven’t used it much with this baby because she is only 5 weeks old, but will once she starts sleeping in there every night.

I have a glider and I couldn’t do it without it! Those late night feeds, nap times, etc are amazing to nurse a baby in a comfy chair!

In don’t have a glider since we got a rocking chair for free. But just commenting on the amount I use a chair in her nursery: it has never been comfortable to nurse her on it but I use it every morning while I pump. I’m glad I didn’t get an expensive chair 😂
