So I started taking my birth control to where I don’t have a period per my doctor of course about three months ago and about a week ago had stabbing pain that made me feel like I was going to vomit and brought me to my knees so I spent the night on my floor and I had started spotting. So woke up went to work and called my doctor. She said it was probably a ruptured cyst (nothing new) and if the pain continued to come back for an ultrasound. Talk about bad timing I moved that weekend two and a half hours away and out of network for my insurance. So come back to today where the spotting is now just full on bleeding and the pain comes and goes sometimes tolerable and others less tolerable. So I am here to get options and see if anyone experienced anything similar and if I should go to the ER or not.
