How did your twins sleep?? 😬

Hey fellow twin ladies! I’m currently 17w with my first pregnancy - and twinkies! My husband and I are planning our nursery and newborn sleep arrangements and I just wanted veteran twin mom advice....
We are thinking about the Baby Trend Twin Nursery Center for when they are newborns and sleeping them in our room. Then... do we move to individual cribs?? 
Thoughts are appreciated 🤗

Mine slept in the Twin Halo Bassinet.
At 5 months old we moved them into their cribs in their own room.

I bought the graco twin bassinet pack n play thing. We moved them to their own rooms at 2 months and it was a great decision because they started to sleep through the night. Plus they know that's where to sleep. 8 months now and they know their cribs are for sleep. Put them down in them and they fall asleep on their own. I also followed the Moms on call schedule but made my own changes as to how comfortable I was with them sleeping and crying at that time. It worked for us.

I JUST finished putting together my baby trend twin playpen because I wanted to see it next to an older playpen I have.
So here’s what I’m thinking. 
I originally got the twin play pen for the bedroom (like you) and to move the detachable baskets during the day, but I think they’re going to be too heavy to move around the house, so I think I’m going to leave it downstairs where I’ll be for the day. The little baskets can be lowered and I’ll have that changing table attached that swings over when I need it. 
I’m going to put my old play pen in our bedroom and let them sleep together in the “bassinet” portion. I just tested it and it’s sturdy enough to lay flat (they both are, if you’re wondering for the baby trend playpen). 
I’m leaning toward buying a basic changing table to put in a convenient area of my bedroom to use and then moving it into the nursery when they’re ready to move. Why not the baby trend changing table? Honestly, just for space and convenience. This way I’ll have two changing table areas— one upstairs and one downstairs. The living room is more compact so it’ll just be easier to flip it over during the day. It lays flat against the playpen when not in use. I have more room in my bedroom for an actual little changing table.  But i only JUST made this decision. I was originally going to have the baby trend in my room but i don’t think it’s safe to have them sleep unattended in the little baskets. I’d rather have them lay on the bassinet area. Just my preference. 🤷🏻‍♀️ i might change my mind again tonight LOL. 
My current plan is to move them into cribs at 2-3 months of age for two reasons: 1) nursery isnt close to ready and probably won’t be for awhile. I’m hoping the play pens buy me some time. 2) my drs expect them to arrive early which, again should buy me some time. They won’t grow out of the playpen for hopefully 2-3 months. Thats it. Just personal planning. Not any sort of belief system lol. My first was moved at around 8 weeks so I’m basing my plan on that. He outgrew his space in my room and was moved for safety.

We put them in their own cribs in their own room from the day they came home. They started sleeping 7pm to 7am starting at 3 months and are great nappers.
