Pageants.. what do you think?

Question

So I like to enter my son into pageants since I'm a stay at home mom. I plan out everything in detail and then take him. These are just for fun I don't care if he wins or loses and I explain the same to him he is 4. This next pageant is Sunday best.. would you consider the outfit below to be Sunday best?

I think it would count. I’m not familiar with pageant terms specifically, but the only thing that strikes me is that most of the time in church (traditionally, although it’s not strictly enforced in all places) men are not supposed to wear hats as a sign of respect. They may still have a hat to wear outside but not inside the church. 
I think for pageant purposes this outfit would be great though!
