Please help an incredibly anxious person out
So I’ve been so anxious lately. I wake up super early wanting to cry on the brink of a panic attack, everything I’m used to has changed. It’s all just too much for me to handle and my anxiety hasn’t been this bad in a loooong time. I would really appreciate some suggestions. I’m looking into anxiety supplements or vitamins because usually my method to calming myself down doesn’t work when my anxiety is this bad. Please just give me suggestions.
