SMEP - Question and does it work?

Who has used Sperm meets egg plan? This will be my first month trying it and wanted to confirm, do you BD for 3 days when you get high fertility or peak fertility? I have been using the clearblue advanced opk tests. Any feedback would be helpful. Anyone have success? Hoping for some baby dust!
