UTI or Implantation?

So my problem started Sunday night, Ive being feeling some pelvic pain on both sides but it comes and goes, feels like I’m ovulating or a period, like a sting.

I’m over a week passed DPO

I’ve been urinating more frequently like every 1 hour and 1/2 but it does not burn at all not before, during or after ...

Decided to chug down as much water as I could to hopefully cleanse myself without the need of antibiotics.

I woke up the next morning feeling quite better, but after 2 hours that I was wake Again, the little pain in my pelvic and like some aches in my back but noooooo urgent to pee at all. Just peeing more frequently

We aren't really trying to conceive

Any insight would be appreciated!
