Dear Brylee,I am really sorry for your loss. I had the same feelings as you did after my mc in may. I couldn’t stop crying for days, but that is ok it is part of the grieving proces. Try to find support in your partner/family/friends and talk about your loss. You will learn to cope with this loss, just be patient with yourself, give it time and be kind to yourself. I wish a lot of strength in these difficult times!
😔 sadness alert.
So today I came to realize why I had been feeling off , sick and weird the past few days... I had a miscarriage... I never knew how bad you can miss something and hurt for something and grieve for something you never knew you had... I am completely heartbroken and I keep blaming myself for it.😠I’ve been crying since I got off work at 5:15. I just need help coping.😠send help!
