Can animals sense pregnancy or?

Weird thought.. Do dogs and cats or just dogs sense when a female body is pregnant before we do?? My fiance' is trying to convince me that it is true.. but I am kinda offish about it.. someone please help? 🤔

I don’t know. But for me my husky new I was pregnant before I knew. He was acting so weird with me and kept wanting to cuddle. He never did that before and now he cuddles her. Ever since she was conceived he has been attached to her. And for a good 9 months I thought it was me he loved 😂🤣
