Cut in vagina (graphic image)

I haven't had sex so I know it's not an std but lately my vagina has been real uncomfortable and kind of itchy done there sometimes it would burn if pee touched a certain side of my vagina so now I'm looking around and see a cut on the side I haven't done anything that can cause a cut I keep getting a lot of them down there. And sometimes when I wipe I get this kind of weird brownish flakey born stuff of the tissue it isn't a discharge it's weird
