What do u do with ur 21month olds?

What activities do u do with them at home and outside? esp moms who stay at home? Have u all started school/any classes? Which ones? also what books do u read to them?

I got lazy since having his little brother in April, but slowly getting back on track at planning his activities. 
Sensory tables with colored rice, beans, shaving cream, water, pebbles. He absolutely loves any kind of puzzles, learning 11-20 now, more complex shapes and secondary/tertiary colors. I’ve noticed that he started to play with trucks, so I’ve ordered some John Deer trucks and Tonka Truck. I will make little tracks on the wood floor with blue tape for him.
We just started to do more intentional art times with crayons. I want to get him an easel or make one for one of the walls. We listen to audiobooks in secondary language and we do have a limited screen time when mommy is working. Screen time is selective YouTube videos and are all educational- shapes, letters, numbers, silly learning songs. 
I want to take Montessori approach for self care and cooking with him soon (I have no patience for it sadly and it is easier for me to just do everything myself) and Charlotte Mason- for outside as soon as it gets a little cooler. 
We read before bed (right now it is 10 10 minute stories by Usborne). And we read during breakfast. I just ordered full collection of Beatrix Potter. He is a bit young for it, but, before bed time he just likes to listen to my voice. 
We don’t do much outside right now, because it is super hot in Texas. But if and when we do,- it is water play in a blow up pool, sand transferring, bikes (he is learning balance bike).

Lately it’s been a lot of coloring/stickers, playing with her dollhouse or kitchen, going outside (walks, parks, splash pad, water table). This fall we’re going to continue music class and probably take a gym and swim class too. I try to find a balance between getting us out and doing things but also leaving her lots of time to explore and play.
