When should I start drinking tea for milk supply??

With my 1st born I was all over the place was able to breastfeed for 8 months but occasionally had to supplement. Looking for tips on ways to keep my milk supply up and doing it as soon as possible !!! It took me 2 weeks for my milk supply to come down with my 1st. Really trying for that not to happen again! 
Any tips , teas, and other recommendations are welcomed and highly appreciated !!!

This is my 6th. I never have drank or taken anything special, and I’ve had great milk supply. It’s more about your nutrition and eating habits after birth.

Mother milk and oatmeal. Also have the baby continuously on your boob or pump after breastfeeding!

Mothers Milk Tea. Tastes terrible! Unless you like black licorice. I started drinking right after my milk came in, twice a day. I learned if you drink it warm, add a teaspoon of honey it makes it more tolerable. BUT I eventually gave up and chugged it to get it over with. It helped so much. I breastfed for 14 months with no supplementing.
