Dealing with another clogged duct again!

I don’t understand why I get these all the time. I exclusively pump and take sunflower lechitin specifically for this reason. I also pump regularly and make sure I empty out every time.

I’m honestly so fed up. Pumping is already difficult to do especially those night time sessions and now I have to increase the number of sessions while I try to get rid of this clogged duct.

It’s bringing me more misery than what it’s worth I think.
