When do you take out infant insert?

I have the Graco 4-in-1 convertible car seat and I was wondering when you are supposed to take out that infant insert? I haven’t found a straight answer anywhere, not even in the manual. My baby is 13 lbs 6 oz and 24 inches tall (yes she’s super tall and in the 95th percentile!) She also has excellent head control! Any advice?

I took mine out when his head looked super squished in it (he's in 95 percentile for head size 🙈 so it didn't take long) I think he was about 11-12lbs when I took it out. But he was also born at 9.7lbs.

If the convertible is for newborn you can now some go as low as 5 pounds

Worst case, call Graco and ask. My seat (Chicco) was 11lbs. But all seats are different.
