My baby is 2 months. It’s been 2 and 1/2 weeks since she has been in daycare. I pay over a $1,000 a month for care. When I drop her off in the morning there are 4 people in the room. Well on the second day, I forgot to leave something for her so I came back to find that there were only 2 people in there for 15 babies. I was told there would never be more then 8-babies and always at least 4 people in the room. I asked what was going on, the director and the assistant director reassured me they hired more people and that some people didn’t show up today, and there was an overflow. I came in yesterday as a surprise pop in to find my baby not even in the right room! She was in the toddler room with a few more babies! With only 2 people in the room! One was on her phone. .. they claimed it was a one time thing Because there was an overflow! I grabbed my baby and demanded to be refunded. I was refunded my application fee, my tuition, and etc. I left a terrible rating and reported them. I warned other mothers who use their facility. I have now quit my job and I’m going to be a stay at home mom. This daycare was ranked in the top 3. It has the nicest building and etc but not worth it if nobody is going to take care of my baby! She was screaming her head off and nobody even attempted to go to her as I watched from the window in the building. SO MAD
