What is the best convertible car seat for a moderate price?

I’m looking for a good car seat I can use for a while after my baby out grows her newborn carrier car seat. Preferably between 100-150$

I just recently got the Graco extend 2 fit..was $200 but LO can use rear facing til 50 lbs and then forward til 65 lbs. Won't need a new seat for years for her now. Great safety reviews. She's comfortable. It was totally worth it. She's 8.5 months, almost 20 lbs. Just got it a few days ago.

Cosco mighty 65 is our secondary seat for my husband and the grandparents. Rear facing up to 40 lbs and front facing in five point harness until 65lbs. Runs about 70-85$. Walmart sells them. Good solid no frills seat. 
I have a graco slimfit runs about 150$-200$ and I love it.
