Sleep training
I was just wondering when and how people started sleep training their LO. My LO is 2 month and doesn’t sleep very well. During our last pediatrician appointment the doctor told us to let her cry it out for 20 minutes and our she should be able to put herself to sleep. We tried this for a nap, she cried for the whole 20 minutes and when I went to get her she was sweaty from all the intense crying. :(
