Sleep Regression?

Question

I am so confused my son who has been a great sleeper from 5 months old and slept through the night who has 8 teeth and had no sleep issues when they came through has now turned 11 months and for the last couple of days is waking every 1-2hours a night?
Does anyone have ideas or is it happening to them too? Photo just for cuteness.
UPDATE: he has since gone back to normal think it was a growth spurt as he was eating a lot more than usual.

My two thoughts would be 1) temperature change? Is he too hot or too cold with changing weather? 2) too much or too little daytime naps? Sorry you're going through this! It's so tough not knowing.

Probably just a growth spurt. That’s what I always say when my daughter goes through random weeks of not sleeping lol we went through it 3 weeks ago when my daughter would wake up at night and take 2+ hrs to go back down. And it could only be me to put her back to sleep 😴😴
My daughter has been waking up at 4am the past 2 nights but just wants to cuddle. 
Just keep telling yourself it will end!
