Do all babies roll over?

My LO is 4 months and she’s desperate to sit up/crawl/stand. But she still hasn’t rolled over (not front to back or vice versa). 
Do some babies sit up/crawl etc without learning to roll over first?

My first sat up and crawled before he rolled. He only started rolling when he needed to get into crawling position.

My second baby never rolled front to back. 
He would roll back to front, but never front to back. Eventually he just learned to get up on hands and knees and then push back to a seated position if he wanted off his tummy.

My LO sat up before he rolled more consistently. He rolled a few times before he started to sit up but he wasn't too interested in it until he realized he liked to sleep on his tummy better and would roll over after I put him on his back to sleep.

Do all babies roll over?
