Is it too early for symptoms? 7dpo?

Question

I’m 7dpo now and me and my partner are pot smokers and I just couldn’t have any last night because it made me so sick. Cigarettes make me nauseous. My boobs are fucking killing me and this morning I woke up with awful back pain on my left side. Nothing else other than that but I’ve never been one to say no to a joint so obviously last night we were a bit surprised when I didn’t want any after a drag.

Could be im a smoker and early pregnacy omg the smell of cigarettes made me ill, the thought of it was just off putting. 
Boobs where really sore and fuller even though my period was ages away. I was really tired tested day of my expected period and bfp. I was trying to get pregnant but wasn't expecting symptoms so eary.

Is it too early for symptoms? 7dpo?
