My answer used to always be no.
Until it actually happened to me.
My husband had an affair with someone from his work when I was pregnant with our 4th child. We just had bought a house, our son was diagnosed on the autism spectrum and our life was crazy. We separated, he moved out. I filed for a divorce, unknowing our state doesnt allow divorces while pregnant. We were court ordered a year of marriage counseling. We ended up moving back in together because he was also ordered to make sure all Bill's were paid in full every month during my pregnancy and 3 months following it. I did work, until I was put on bedrest early on. 2 years later our relationship is stronger than it's ever been.

The problem is: the first time cheating is the hardest. If you forgive then and go back to normal it’s easier for them to do it again. Just depends on the guy though , some guys might realize they fucked up and truly never think of doing it again. So it’s just up to the circumstance I guess. I personally don’t think I could ever get over a betrayal like that, especially bc I don’t even think of look at other men when I’m in a relationship.

He says that I cheated on him before so I really would deserve it.. (the story is, we broke up cause I didn’t know for sure what I wanted and I started talking to a guy but I was also talking to the boy I just broke up with (my bf) and he says since we were talking that I was cheating and I don’t completely disagree with that..)
