Could this be implantation bleeding?

Super painful cramps and Going on day 4 of bleeding through a over night pad went through 3 yesterday. Is this AF?

Omg . That’s not implantation bleeding either that’s a very heavy period and you need to see a dr or your experiencing a miscarriage.  You should never soak thru a pad that fast I would see a dr that is so not normal

Honestly looks like your hemorrhaging from either a miscarriage or worse go to the er/hospital NOW cause that's definitely NOT normal something seriously wrong could be going on with your uterus plz go get checked immediately

So reason I was asking is because if started 5 days before my period due day and the cramps were so intense I went to the ER. 
Now 4 days later and it’s not heavy at all then giant clots and cramps I work everyday until 9 and can’t go to the doc so I was looking for some idea if it was just my AF. I was on BC for 4months and recently got off it in June.
