SPD remedies
I have horrible SPD (Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction) and sadly am only 27 weeks (tomorrow) while it feels like it’s been getting worse I saw my OB today at my check in and she said there’s not too much she can do about it. Anyone else suffer through this and have any remedies I can try? I’m honestly desperate and just want to be comfortable moving again.
