Hey! So when i touch myself i get like this white substance on my finger and I’m not sure what it is. 
Does anyone know what it is? Is it normal?
It doesn’t smell or hurt or anything like that

It’s nothing to worry about and it’s mucous from your mucous membrane. It will have different consistencies and different opaqueness depending on where you are in your cycle. Hope this helps!
