Anyone bleed red after cervical check?

37+4 I was in L&D earlier and they did a cervical check. The doctor said I have a yeast infection, which I had a suspicion about. Afterwards, I had bright red bleeding all over the toilet paper and in the bowl. I asked the nurse about it and she said it’s probably from my yeast infection and that if it continues “for awhile” to come back. Problem is, “awhile” is very vague. Well it’s been about 5 hours, and I’m not filling a pad, but every time I go to the bathroom, there’s some blood in the bowl and all over the toilet paper. And it’s red. I read that some women bleed for a day or two afterward. Should I call? I just don’t want to go back down there AGAIN if it’s just from a cervical check and a yeast infection. Little boy is moving around like normal in my belly.
