Suffering in silence

I'm forced to suffer in silence and I don't know what to do. I don't have any friends. Not one and I only have a sister and mother who are extremely unsupportive. They just call me crazy, gaslight me and say I need to see a doctor. I don't know what else to do and I'm running out of reasons to be here existing. If someone has any advice that would be great.
