TTC after miscarriage May 1

I took a digital FR today just for kicks, came back “yes+” positive. I know I’m not pregnant. Just waiting for the day when I can see a negative test and know my body is back to normal... it’s been 3 months and it feels like forever :( I want to try again but so afraid to get my hopes up.
