What would you do with a house you bought but ended up hating?

What if you took a chance at a new house but once you moved in, you hated the neighborhood, the noises, it attracts a lot of bugs, insects, possums. The weather gets up
To 110* degrees.
What would you do?
Move out and rent it ? Sell it?
Stick around and suck it up?
We put a down payment on this home but we are not allow to sell up until two years I believe.
