I actually think she means are all of u ladies periods so bad that they make u wanna die, not die literally. Mine when I was younger made me want 2 die, they were that bad

o. I have clinical depression. It always gets so much worse when im pmsing and on my period. Most of the month i could be fine, then on my period i get suicidal. It is sort of normal to feel that way because of the exfect hormones have on your mind. But it is still not a good thing and it would be best to goto your doctor and talk to them and see what they have to say about it. Im on antidepressants and anxiety medications all month long but the week before and the week of i take extra to help try to combat the thoughts
