Took plan B and got my period 6 days later, 2 weeks early

My boyfriend and I had unprotected sex one time and he came inside me. His pull out game is usually strong 😂 but the entire session felt really good and I guess he could not pull out in time.

So the next day in the morning, I bought plan B contraceptive after morning pill and took it ASAP. I’m not using any birth control atm so I had to take it to avoid unplanned pregnancy. After taking plan B, I didn’t experience any side effects, no vomiting, nausea, nothing.

6 days later though, I got my period which was 2 weeks early than my scheduled cycle.

Is it a side effect of taking plan B?? I’m a little freaked out since I got my period twice this month now.
