In case anyone is going through endometriosis or suspected blocked tubes: I diagnosed myself with endometriosis in October 2018. I had increasingly painful periods, stomach pains and unable to conceive. The Dr thought I had a blocked tube based on u/s. This turned out to be incorrect. Anyway, I pushed for surgery and last month (June 11th) I had a laparoscopy and hysteroscopy (dye test). They found quite a lot of endo in my ovaries, ligaments but especially bowel. Also cysts on the ends of my tubes. They removed all of this and the dye flowed thru my tubes so they weren’t blocked. My first period came and went and then I have just got my first ever bfp the very next cycle after 18cycles of trying! I don’t know if it was the removal of the endometriosis or cysts or dye test that “cleared out the cobwebs”, but it truly worked. It was a horrible 16months not knowing what was wrong with my body but inform yourself as much as possible and don’t let anyone poo poo your symptoms. I wish you all the best of luck.
