Favorite foods while breastfeeding?

What are some of you mamas favorite foods/ snacks to eat while breastfeeding? I know it is just as important to eat healthy while breastfeeding as it was while we were pregnant so I was wondering what you suggest!

I kept an apple and granola bars by my bed for the first 6 months. Also stay hydrated!! Always have water and snacks at your "nursing station" esp early on. I found I was more hungry breastfeeding than when pregnant! I also made sure to eat a good breakfast and small snacks during the day with protein like cheese or nuts. Also look up foods that will help with your supply like oatmeal..

Healthy fats and lean protein. Breastfeeding makes you hungry and crave sweets. I eat a lot of avocado and buy fruit and veg and wash and cut immediately then put in containers in the fridge and snack on them all day long that way I have no excuse to be lazy and grab chips or something. Convenience is key!

I am alwaysssss thirsty as soon as my baby latches. I have the hardest time quenching my thirst. I need like ice cold water. I am as hungry as I was while pregnant. I eat a lot of nuts, apples, Cheerios
