i’m 14 years old, get medium flow periods but my period is due on hold i day and there’s a pool... should i go on the pill for the time i’m on holiday or would it mess up my hormones as i’m so young?

no one can tell you what you can or can’t do, but typically people go on the pill to stop extreme cramps or for contraception obviously. not to mention that the pill can play around significantly with your hormones, for someone so young I would t recommend because your body is still determining its cycle- why you may notice it is irregular x
