Period is late by 3 days

For the last ten days ive been feeling really dizzy, nausea and feeling exhausted! The day my period was due i started getting mild cramps what kept coming and going and my breasts are sensitive and full alot more fuller! Took a test yesterday morning and it come back negative! Anyone else ever had this before an turn out they are pregnant?
