What's going on?

I've missed my entire period. I have had no blood at all. Not even like implantation bleeding. I'm having every symptom except sore boobs. Every test is negative but I dont understand how I'm having all these symptoms and missed my whole period. Is it possible to have a negative test but still be pregnant?
