11dpo need positive thoughts

I have had literally every symptom.. especially my lower back hurting (which I have never had before AF) & my boobs are massive.... I took a test today at 11dpo and negative :( I thought maybe I saw the slightest line but I think I might have line eyes.. am I out?:(
