Confidence help....?

Ugh, so this sounds so stupid but how can I work on my confidence??? I’m always so insecure, thinking my boyfriend is gonna cheat because I’m not good enough or look good enough, I just never feel good about myself :( Advice??? Help???

Start thinking about yourself differently, start by giving yourself a compliment and even if it’s a lie at first and you don’t believe it, keep doing it, you start to believe it’s true after you keep repeating it so often

It just takes time to grow confidence. I used to lack a lot of self confidence until one day i realized that i matter and so do my feelings!! 
In a given situation, I give my self a second to be sad about something or unsure and them i snap out of it and pretend im wonder woman. Iike what would she do or say or how would she feel about something. I take on that alter ego and make it my own little piece of myself. That should help
