So I'm 38 weeks 2 days pregnant.I have only seen my dr 4 times the whole time I have been pregnant.. So I had an appt today today, get all the way there to only find out she is off this week. Why couldnt they call me and tell me? This is not the first time she has even do this. I told them last week I would need my fmla paperwork by this friday, and she hasn't signed off of it, and she wont be back til monday. . So I'm not gonna get approve for the fmla. I haven't even been checked. I told the receptionist my contractions are 15 mins apart, and she only told me to go to the hospital if my water breaks. I asked why couldnt I been seen by another dr and she was rude and hateful again and told me that my Dr was my dr and i couldn't be seen by anyone else. Should I just stay at this dr office or should I find another one?
