Chemical or miscarriage ?

So sorry for tmi ahead of time... but anyone else have this happen to them so confused. I was 2 days late I took a pregnancy test with pink and blue dye there was a faint line but it was there then I got really bad cramping nasoues to the point I need to throw up.. idk if it’s af or what never had this.. bad cramping nasoues and bleeding heavy with dark blood cloths. Anyone know what it can be? TIA
