help getting my hair back!!

I need help! I use to have naturally curly hair, after having kids my hair deflated, it basically turned flat and wavy, since it was already messed up I decided to dye it and that hasn’t really affected it much but I know t changes it. I’m wondering how I can get my natural hair back!!! I really really want my hair back

hair now: pink, roots coming back, flat stringy hair, wavy sometimes

hair before: unruly honestly lol, curly, fluffy

I know it probably can’t be exactly how it was but I really miss my curls
