Bump that just wont go away

I have this little bump along my collarbone. I'd compare it to the size of a small popcorn kernel. It's not very visible to the eye, it's not red or discolored in any way. The majority of the bump is under the skin. I've had it for about 5 years now. I squeeze it and white pus will come out that has a slight odor. I'll squeeze it until nothing else comes out and the bump will feel flat but then over time the bump comes back.

I'm thinking maybe its a boil? Anyone deal with something similar and found a way to get rid of it without going to the doctor? Just trying to see if theres something I can do without going to the doctor unnecessarily
