So I’m on my period right now and my cramps are so bad I can’t walk or even move much without breaking down and crying because the pain was so bad. And my periods are so irregular sometimes I won’t get it for months and sometimws I’ll have it up to 4 times a month. I’ve been doing research and I think that I should talk to my mom about birth control. Pls give me some advice

UPDATE//// I talked to my mom and she’s gonna schedule an appointment with a gynecologist and she said she doesn’t rly want to put me on birth control but she said that we need to do something to make my situation better even if it is birth control
