Breast milk

How long after you take it out the fridge can it stay out ? It’s been in the fridge since yesterday and I just took it out to try to get it to start warming up by time it’s next feeding . I’m advoiding the bottle warmer because it might overheat the milk and kill all the good stuff in it.
